Physical Movements to Reduce Stress

Is your life filled with stress, heavy workload and packed schedule? We all face different sources of stress everyday. Other than having a deep sleep and doing exercises, have you thought of that physical movements and theatre training can also be stress-relieving tools? Theatre Director Olivia Yan, Registered Clinical Psychologist Annie Ho and Physical Movement / Percussion Tutor Alex Cheung hosted two sessions of Youth Mindfulness Talk at Youth Square to share their mindfulness tips to the participants.  The speakers also led some games which combined theatrical and physical training to help the participants in releasing pressure.
